Who we are
NoticeCheck (the "Service") is operated by LIFEWORKS GROUP LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States, New Mexico Business ID 7715331. Address: 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113, United States. Email: admin@lifeworksgroupllc.com.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What NoticeCheck does
NoticeCheck is a self-service software tool. It reads an IRS notice or letter that you provide, on your own device, explains it using the public information the IRS publishes for that notice, shows the deadline and the points you may want to check, and prepares a response letter and a phone script that you can send or use yourself.
What NoticeCheck is not
NoticeCheck is not affiliated with the Internal Revenue Service or any government agency. It is not a law firm, a tax preparer or an enrolled agent, and it does not give tax or legal advice or represent you before the IRS.
We do not contact the IRS for you, we do not file or pay anything on your behalf, and we do not promise any reduction, refund or outcome. The IRS decides after your answer.
Your responsibilities
You decide what to send. Before you send a letter, check that it matches your notice and your situation, keep a copy, and respect the deadline printed on your notice. For complex cases, consider a tax professional.
Price and payment
Checking a letter is free. The response letter and the phone script cost $49 (US dollars) per notice, paid once. The price is shown before you pay. There is no subscription.
Payments are processed by our payment providers. When a reseller acts as the merchant of record for your order, that reseller is the seller of record and its terms of sale also apply to the payment.
Delivery
The letter and the phone script are digital. They appear on your screen as soon as your payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. See our Refund and Delivery Policy.
Accuracy of the information
Notice explanations come from the public pages the IRS publishes for each notice and may not cover your exact situation. The tool can misread a photo: always compare what it read with your notice. The Service and its information are provided "as is".
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Intellectual property
The Service, its software and its texts belong to LIFEWORKS GROUP LLC, except IRS texts, which are works of the U.S. government. The letters prepared for you are yours to use.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Questions: admin@lifeworksgroupllc.com.
